Chocolate has always been more than a passion for Thierry Atlan.

From the day he started his apprenticeship with Mr Charpot, Thierry always tried to push the boundaries of chocolate making.

Once he received the prestigious title of Un Des Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier Confiseur in 1996, Thierry quickly took over the direction of the Chocolate Research and Development department at Lenôtre. A time during which he elaborated new technics such as the one shot technology. He then spent 10 years traveling as a consultant for world acclaimed chefs who were seeking Thierry’s knowledge and expertise to set up new technics.

Thierry’s vision is to bring people joy through the degustation of his products, which is why we offer flavorful, colorful and delicious chocolates.

Thierry Atlan won the prestigious title of MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier), which set him apart from others in his profession. This title rewards the dexterity, the knowledge of traditional and modern techniques, as well as the creativity of the candidate.

Our chocolate bonbon collection is an authentic tribute to Thierry’s roots and passion. We use the highest quality ingredients to provide you with full bodied flavors and create classic but elegant designs.

We invite you to rediscover caramels with our caramel boxes. From salted caramel to passion fruit and lime, our caramel collection use the traditional method of making caramels while incorporating new flavors.

Ideal as a gift, our caramel domes box is composed of five delicate flavors: lime caramel, sea salt caramel, passion fruit caramel, vanilla caramel and dark chocolate caramel.

After receiving his prestigious title of M.O.F. Chocolatier (best craftsman in his category..),Thierry became the head of research and development for chocolate and a professor at l’Ecole Lenôtre, Paris..
