Thierry Atlan:

For the past 35 years, Master French Chocolatier Thierry Atlan has been working in the chocolate industry, perfecting his knowledge to provide customers with authentic and flavorful chocolates and macarons. In 1997, Thierry became Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, one of the most prestigious culinary titles, and has since used his title to share his enthusiasm for fine chocolate in the world.

In 2015, he created the Thierry Atlan brand with his daughter, Julie, who shares his passion for excellence and French savoirfaire

Our Commitment:

We make fresh macarons and chocolates daily, using French techniques and adapting to the American palate. Our goal is to provide authentic flavors of what French macarons and chocolates taste like. Starting from scratch, we grind our almonds to make fresh almond flour for our macarons and we make our ganaches and jams for both our chocolates and macarons. We do not use any preservatives in our production process

Local:

We pride ourselves in making fresh products every day in our kitchen in New Jersey. We also source local ingredients and packaging as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint.

Chocolate Collection

Our chocolate bonbons are carefully crafted by our team of chocolatiers. Using traditional French methods to make our chocolate, it takes 4 days to produce those little squares.

We start with fresh fruits and spices that we infuse with our ganaches to create bold and long-lasting flavors.

Note: Our chocolates should be stored at room temperature

Macarons Collection

Starting from fresh almonds that we ground daily, our macarons are made following traditional French recipes with an American twist! All our jams and ganaches are also made in house using the finest and freshest ingredients. Our macarons are gluten free.

Note: Macarons are to be refrigerated. For the best tasting experience, we recommend taking the macarons out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to eating.
