Order Processing

Orders received Monday through Thursday will be processed within 1-3 business days of being received. Please note that orders will not process or ship Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Any orders placed on these days will be processed the following week. Once an order has fully processed it will take 1-2 days to ship.


Order Cancellations or changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at customerservice.thierryatlan@thierry-atlan.com; or call us at (201)-477-9463 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If the products have already shipped, we will not be able to process your request. 


Shipping and Delivery

Thierry Atlan products are made and packaged fresh daily. To preserve quality and freshness, we only offer one-day and two-day shipping options. Ice packs are included for our most delicate products to ensure freshness of the product. Please note that the ice pack is used to protect the package during shipping and may no longer be cold upon delivery. This does not affect the quality of the product. Shipments to U.S. & PO Box

We ship within the continental U.S. using FedEx. FedEx calculates shipping rates based on the total weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Delivery Issues

Thierry Atlan is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, FedEx shipping mistakes, acceptance requirements or transit delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If a shipment needs to be returned or rerouted, the customer may be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
