Refund or replacement policy:
If your products arrive in damaged condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 201.334.1625 within 24 hours after delivery. We ask that you provide us with pictures of the damaged box as well as the damaged products. Products should be shown in the condition they were delivered with all pieces included in order to issue a refund or replacement.
If the product you received was not the one you ordered or some parts are missing, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery at email@example.com or at 201.334.1625
For orders over $500 or for corporate orders, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your desired delivery date. During the holiday season, please contact us at least 25 days prior to your desired delivery date.
